The Patong Center Hotel

Wouldn’t book again this hotel.

The property had maintenance work during our stay and we couldn’t sleep properly. The space of the rooms were tight.

Great location. Closer to everything. If you like nightlife, then this is the great area for you. Sound proof is good you can't even hear any noise from outside since the hotel is closer to the boxing stadium. The pool was clean,

The room service could have at least clean the room and bathroom properly. They need to improve in cleaning.

Staff and location

The comfy from the bed to the bathroom to the balcony it was below average

It was super close to the center and where everything was happening, conveniently located near a 7/11, pharmacy, popular night market and shopping centre The staff on the reception were super helpful and friendly Quiet at night despite the location

The towels and sheets were dirty/ had marks on them despite the house cleaning everyday, water pressure was very bad, the shower had a broken shelfLarge bed but it was very hard (although I think this is the case with most beds in Thailand)

The people Staff like TaTa by reception or Patty an the bar ,they are amazing and really care of us. The room was clean and if you need something they help you.

The location was convenient and it was very cheap. Nice little bar in the lobby. Happy hour from 6pm-8pm.

Room staff was very good and polite. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Room service was also good and supportive.

We booked economy and its too small.

Pool had no sun loungers

I like the room, location, and the breakfast. The staff was nice. The location is the best. Breakfast was good , you can have multiple choices. You can enjoy the bar and their food in the restaurant.

It would be nice to have a lounge common area and a small sofa in the room when i was there, no lights in the elevator more than a week. It is a small issue but these kind of small things should be fixed quickly.

Location is close to Soi Sansabai (which leads on to Bangla Road), beside Banzaan markets, and an easy walk to Nanai Rd. A good laundromat beside the hotel, which made it very easy to get clothing washed & dried. OTOP is about a 15-minute walk but easier to get a tuk-tuk or motorbike taxi. Room was surprisingly quiet during my stay, and the Air Con was nice and cold. A great hotel to pick if you simply want a decent bed to rest your head after a long day/night enjoying Phuket.

The sports bar at the lobby of the hotel had a limited range of sporting coverage, they could not show the sport I was asking for. However, plenty of other sports bars in the area. Not a critique, but a note for readers - This isn't a hotel to pick if you are going to be at the hotel 90%+ of the time. This is a hotel to select for a room to sleep at, after a day of being out and about.

The pool needs lounge sunbathing chairs with music going for atmosphere a phone up there so you can ring down for drinks to be delivered this would make money for you when people wants down time in the pool with the service it needs and a good vibe

- towels need to be renewed - the lady which was working in morning buffet on 3rd of July was extremely rude and upset when i asked her to bring something more than once she were talking with her boyfriend while working time!other than this event every thing was perfect

floor can be slick so wipe up water after shower. WiFi was spotty at times

The hotel is clean and there is no noise, and the receptionist is very good and smiling

Great location, right next to an awesome night market and just a short walk from the beach. Everyone was super nice and welcoming, I’ll definitely stay again when I come back to Thailand.

Everything is close by , they give 2 free water bottles and also coffee …The room AC was amazing it was good and cold . American breakfasts was excellent Our side the hotel you will find 24hrs laundry , bike rent , money exchange , banzaan market for food, , Also massage places , walkable to Bangla street for clubs and parties , and cannabis ,

The pool was small , but we didn’t have time for swim .

The room was fabulous. The room was cleaned on a regular basis. New 2 bottles of water was provided every day. Loved the room and breakfast.

Always go for American breakfast
